Hi all

My case: Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL.
MB: Asus crosshair VIII Dark Hero

My case has 2 (3.2 Gen 1) cables.
But my MB has only 1 (3.2 Gen 1 header). So i am losing many front panel ports.

I saw some solutions with connecting card on PCIe, but i did not like.

Now, i am considering buying this Y splitter. However, not sure about the quality of this part, i dont want to buy it today, then it is broken tomorrow. Also, i have not bought anything from this website, so not sure how trustworthy it is

https://www.moddiy.com/products/20-...html?revpage=4&tab=ProductReviews#ProductTabs

What do you think? Is such product recommended for my issue? Or betters options are available?

Thanks

Unless you are in a real need of those front panel case ports, I would avoid each and every splitter out there.
Honestly it is not that important. I have plenty of ports. I just thought if there is a good solution, then why not . But i kinda know what u sayin. Maybe i should just avoid it too

Thanks for your reply

No problem. The only splitters I use on my builds are case fan ones, and always test them outside the build with a test PSU I have to check everything is working ok.
