Should I buy this SSD or wait?

Hey guys, I was wondering if this was worth buying since it's on sale right now.

- SanDisk SDSSDP-128G-G25 2.5" 128GB SATA III for $59.99

I don't have much experience with SSD sales but there is one going on right now and was debating on whether to buy it now or wait towards Christmas. If anyone has experience with when is the best time to get better deals for SSD drives, please do let me know, thanks!

All i can say is that its a really good price. Its hard to tell what the deal will be like for Christmas but i doubt it gets better than that!

You don't say where this deal is. That's selfish! So I googled your description and Voila, Tiger Direct is selling it for $49.99 with low shipping (under $5).
Is that the same item?

It isn't, the one I listed has double the GB of the one you just listed. But it's no secret considering the sale is on multiple websites right now and does not say it has a limit until the sale end date. So... how is it that I'm being selfish? Please do explain :/

The Tiger link was in the top tier of Google results. I obviously didn't notice that it was for a different model. But I came back here to share the info for your benefit. So....

NewEgg (which also has it for $85, same SSD, as far as I can see). Amazon is $67 w/ free shipping. Oh, now I see NewEgg has free shipping. COOL

I am considering this for myself. It seems pretty damn good.

Then I have to figure out if I need any special cables, and then go through the rigamarole of reinstalling everything.
