I've been wanting a 1060 SSC for a while and I saw this listing on eBay for a supposedly "manufacture refurbished" for about $190. Should I buy it? (Listing)

You'd have to be sure it isn't a fake card/Chinese knock off but I'd say go for it considering an SSC goes for basically $400 brand new

Also at nearly 200 USD that's a rip off. You can find used 1070's for maybe 20 bucks more or buy a brand new GTX 1660

Keep in mind a used 1070 is still more powerful then a 1660. Unless you bump up to a 1660ti it may be a better purchasing option as it still more power then a normal 1660.
