Should I change my Motherboard?

Hi all,

A few weeks back I had a problem with turning on my PC. I then found out that unplugging the power off of my GPU solved the problem. I posted on the forum here and someone highlighted to me that moving my GPU to other PCI slot might work. I did exactly that and my PC was running smoothly up till today where it broke down again with the exact same problem.

I am guessing it is time for me to change the motherboard, but was wondering what is the cause of this? Is there some other possible problem with my other hardware?

Thanks

Anybody? Is it possible that my GPU is causing the PCI slot to defect?

I am probably getting a new motherboard and send my current 1 to warranty.
Is there any recommendation? or should I just get the same model.
