Question Should I change my power supply already?

My PC has a problem, there are times when it won't turn on unless I disconnect and then connect back the 24-pin to the motherboard. This happened 3 times already. The 2nd time it happened, one of my ram sticks and the ram slot it was installed before doesn't work anymore.
