Hello guys, sorry for my broken english.

So, 2 Days ago my GPU died ( Sapphire Rx480 4gb nitro + OC ). This GPU only last 2 years, and 3 month. And my warranty only 2 years 🙁

Is this the effect of my PSU? Right now my PSU is not really good, BeQuiet system 8 500w 80+. Should i change it ASAP? Im scared my PSU will damage other component. But right now i dont have money left after i bought msi gtx 1660. I can buy it after 3-4 month, need to save my money first

So it's not a bad PSU, Be-Quiet are newish but reputable and the OEM that makes it for them isn't bad. Your system is quite undemanding (I feared an FX9570 or something).

So you might be unlucky with a bad PSU causing a bad card, or you might be unlucky with a bad card.

Do you live in a country with a good electrical supply? Do you have good ventilation in the case or was the card having to run hot? If all of this is OK, i'd just say you were unlucky, but spend the extra to get a longer warranty if anyone is offering one.

Yeah i live in indonesia, and i have good electrical supply, and im using stabilizer.
My GPU temp maybe 60-75C, fan speed 70-80%, sad to live in tropical country.
But i saw a thread about system 8, that this psu no good, and not bad, is that true?
Im having paranoid about my PSU will damage my other component
