My Current PSU also got the silver rated one made by great Wall.

So i don't have any issues right now but I've read posts that cx 750 are bad (maybe mistaking it with the green one) but i have no way of knowing so i wanted to ask some people

Solution
with those specs the psu is plenty.

a 1070 is around a 150w gpu which is also pretty low power draw. i'd not worry about the psu unless it is already 5 or 6 years old. if so then i'd look into a new psu, but otherwise you should be good to go.

nothing wrong with the psu at all. whether it is right for your system depends entirely on what that system is.

can you list the full specs of the pc for us.

the older green label cx series was not the best but they fixed it with the newer grey label ones like you have. they are a great budget option no matter what nonsense folks on redit like to say about it.
