[SOLVED] Should i change Onboard SATA/IDE Ctrl Mode to AHCI on AHCI SSD?

Hello everyone i just changed my SSD from IDE to AHCI mode and the speeds are better than IDE but i saw this setting in Integrated Peripherals and its called "Onboard SATA/IDE Ctrl Mode" this setting is set to IDE but my SSD now is AHCI should i change it to AHCI?

My SSD: Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500gb

Should always be AHCI, but if you did that after installing Windows, Windows may not boot.

I changed it to AHCI mode after installing windows i was planning to enable AHCI before installing windows but i totally forgot it. Now i changed AHCI with windows on it. Should i change the setting to AHCI or let it IDE?

Should always be AHCI, no reason for legacy/IDE mode, esp with SSD's they lose performance and do not get trim commands in IDE mode.
