[SOLVED] Should I change the stock thermal paste on the Ryzen 5 1600 af with mx-4

I heard story’s of the stock thermal paste tearing the cpu out of the socket when they try to replace the thermal paste just wondering if I should use Mx-4 instead of the stock thermal paste?

You will have the "CPU-tearing" problem with almost any paste that sits long enough.
