Should I choose this PC?

Solution
If you don't want to build your own, I guess it is a decent machine. But not for $12K-$15K. And, it does have one major strike against it; the PSU. The Thermaltake TR2 is one of the worse PSUs you can buy. Listed here as tier 5; the "not recommended" tier: https://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/f/135081/t/45344.aspx?Redirected=true

If you are willing to spend that much on a pre-built, look at the Velocity Micro gaming PCs. One of the better PC boutiques: http://www.velocitymicro.com/

No. They are trying to get rid of old stock and fleece customers in the process. A 970? A 1060 is better for today's PC's. For $12-1500? Absolutely not. I would be looking at today's hardware.
