Should I clean my water cooling system?

I have 2 closed water cooling systems, one for my CPU using H110i GTX, and the other for my GPU using Gigabyte Waterforce. Now, I have my PC for 10 months already and I have cleaned it often – but I've just realized that maybe the water cooling system need to be refreshed as well. Unfortunately I did not (psychically) built my own PC so I have no idea how to manage with the components and stuff. what are your suggestions for maintaining the water cooling system in this case?

Closed loop coolers do not require maintenance beside cleaning dust off the rads.
