So there is a RX 6800XT 16GB for 200€, owner says that its not showing picture and fans does not spin, I read all around forum that this is a common issue and that some people even manage to fix it on one or another way. Should I consider buying it?

Unless you know exactly what is wrong with it, and you know exactly how to fix it....No.

I would not since the card is less than 2 years old so should be covered by warranty for the original owner.

no, just save up and buy brand new. I've seen a fair share of these "buy cheap gpu that has problems story", and it often ends in despair.. for the buyer.

"If it seems too good to be true....." And in this particular case it doesn't seem too good.

I would say no. This isn't an iPhone with a cracked screen that you can just take to an apple store to repair for a price. There is a very high chance that this thing is nothing more than a paper weight that looks like a nice graphics card.

But offer that guy a fiver for it, so you can use it as a door stop and impress your friends!!
