My PC is mainly used for light-gaming but I occasionally like to be able to record something, as of now I play Counter-Strike:Global Offensive, I love the game and am wondering whether or not if I should invest in an entire new build. Here are my Specs.

CPU : AMD FX 4130 Quad Core
GPU : AMD Radeon™ HD 6670
Motherboard : Gigabyte SKT-AM3 78LMT-USB3
I don't have an SSD
PSU : ATX 500B
8GB of Ram (standard stuff forgot brand)
1TB harddrive
I get about 40 frames on CS:GO on 1920x1080 what should I upgrade to?
Thanks

I have no idea how I will save? I am 15 just looking for something to run high frames on CS:GO. Country England, UK.

a graphics card upgrade to at least something like the 1050 ti or its AMD counterpart. but odds are that CPU will hold you back

See I knew this would be an issue, but couldn't I simply throw a new CPU and GPU in there and we'll be all fine?

Save what? You could possibly upgrade your GPU only, to a GTX 1050, but you are still limiting yourself.

You could upgrade to a higher FX chip, but it will still be 4-5 years old, so I don't think you should do it. But that's just my 3 cents.

I'm literally only going to be playing CS:GO my question is will upgrading to a 1050 be worth for what I need? I just want at least 200 stable so I can get a 144hz monitor!

just google CS:go with your CPU model and 1050 ti with the resolution you want to run it at
