Should i crossfire my R9 290 or should i wait for the new lineup?
I already have a R9 290 and i was wondering should i crossfire it because
its already one of the top tier cards with the Titan,290x,and 780/780ti
or should i save the money and wait for the new line up?
Im only playing on a single 1920 by 1080p monitor and the reason is
because of skyrim, i have skyrim ultra moded (200+mods)
and i was seeing should i get another r9 290 or what???
I already have a motherboard that supports crossfire and a
XFX 850w psu, so i will be only paying for the card it self no other
upgrades.

I would say wait for the new line of GPUs to come out because a 290 is already powerful and can handle almost anything to date and crossfire would...
Keep in mind that xfire is not supported in every game or app and sometimes has issues like microstutter. IMO the new architecture will only be a marginal improvement so not really worth waiting for.

You also have a good card, what about it leaves you wanting more?

I would say wait for the new line of GPUs to come out because a 290 is already powerful and can handle almost anything to date and crossfire would maybe give you like 1.5x original performance not a full 2x better performance.

Also Nvidia has also announced that their new 880 and 870 should be coming out around 4th quarter or a bit into next year so im sure AMD will realease their new line around that so that they keep up with Nvidia and when that happens almost every cards will recieve some type of price drop so if you still want it then instead of a new gpu it'll be cheaper
