Should I dedicate my 750 Ti SC to Physx to assist my EVGA 1060

That is a great board I used to use it. If you play games with Heavy Physx which there are not very many I would add the card. If you do not play those few games I would advised to stay with one single card.

Choice is up to you.
What are your system specs? Motherboard and cpu in particular. Depending on those it may or may not be worth it.

I have a Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 7 for my Mobo. My Cpu is a i5-4690k (not overclocked)

So if I were to add it and keep it in there, would it affect my gameplay? I don't quite understand this stuff and I'd love for you to clear this up for me. I don't want to have to take it out and put it in every time I play certain games. I also don't want to see the poor thing become a paperweight. I thought about making a whole new build with it but I thought that I might can contribute to my current build by dedicating its power to Physx. So should I leave it in or Leave it out?

The only think it might do and someone should correct me if I am wrong but I think it will knock your main card down from x16 to x8 will you notice a difference I do not think so. To my knowledge that cpu only has x16 pci-e lanes.
