Should I defrag my two physical drives that are in Raid-0?

So I have two physical drives that are in Raid-0, not through the Motherboard, but through Microsoft's "Storage Space" feature (not sure if that helps at all?), and they're two 4 TB drives, that make 8. So from that, when I run the defrag thing through AVG PC TuneUp, it states that my "F" Drive (which are those two drives), are Solid State Drives. Which honestly I don't understand why they say that (maybe you could explain why?), and I was wondering if I should defrag those drives at all, or no?

Oh crap, sorry about that, forgot tot add that stuff. Windows 10.

Avoid defragging unless your hard drive shows severe fragmentation/problem.
