[SOLVED] Should I disable this startup app ?

I am on Windows 10 64-bit and I have the driver for Asus Xonar U3 installed. The problem is there is a 32-bit version and a 64-bit version of the driver running at the same time: HsMgr64.exe and HsMgr.exe :

Should I disable the 32-bit version ? or is it needed ?

I would leave them both enabled IF you are going to run Xonar.
