should i disable turbo mode

I currently just have the stock cooler
is it more sufficient to disable the turbo mode
will it cause too much heat eventually?
the cpu is an AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W FD6300WMHKBOX Desktop Processor

If you clean the cooler and put it back with new thermal paste it should work better. Otherwise buy a better cooler eg Coolermaster Hyper 212 evo

You shouldn't have to disable Turbo.

Just fix your cooler up so that it works OK.
