Should I do a fresh install of OS or just load chipset drivers?

I am swicthing mobo's going from a Z77m-D3H- MVP to a Z77x-UD3H should I do a fresh install of OS or just load chipset drivers?

Considering it's the same chipset you shouldn't run into much to any trouble keeping your existing windows install. Swap chipset drivers and if you have trouble in Windows, reinstall.

Keeping with the same chipset is generally ok.

The real only issue will be the OS license. Is this an OEM version, or retail version of Windows? If it is OEM, you will have to call Microsoft and explain to them why you are replacing the motherboard in order to get a new activation number. If it is retail, you will still likely have to reactivate Windows, but there will be no issues.
