Question Should i do that?!

Hi guys i have a problem with loading time in my computer so i don't have ssd yet but i wana buy but here's the question: if i buy 1 tb ssd i know there is no problem for installing games and worry about storage but what happens if i save a little money and buy 250/500 ssd and install windows on it then install games on HDD.. is this effect on loading time or no matter? Or should i keep on that 1 tb ssd ?

I don't really game, but I have my OS and most used programs on my 1 TB SSD. I just installed a new 2TB that I bought for just about $100 shipped.

It's obvious that games and other SW will load slower if installed on a slower HDD, By how much sčpwer depends on particular SW /game but it also may affect game play to some extent if it has to access HDD a lot. Anything from cut scenes to map loading during games.
