hello, i have fx 8320 3.5ghz, asrock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 and kingston hyper x 2x4gb 1866mhz. So i want to sell all that and buy myself: ASRock H110M-HDS, s1151, Intel Core i3-6100 and Kingston HyperX Savage DDR4 2x4gb 2133mhz. I have R9 280x toxic 3gb, is that MBO good for that card and is should i do that?

It will worth, but you will be holding your self back with the R9 280. It's not a bad case, but could definitely be upgraded in the future. If you can, try to score a GTX 1050Ti or RX 460 or 470

im fine with my gpu, i got it on giveaway (i know to get artifacts sometimes and other shit, but its cool for my use) i just want to know is it compatible with that new MBO im planing to buy. Im havin corsair CX750M

The 280x still isn't a bad card for medium/high & the toxic is the fastest one ever made.
Its still stronger than a 1050ti even now.

Personally I wouldn't go from an 8320 to a skylake i3.
I'd save a little more & wait until you can afford the i5 6500.
The i3 6100 is not the be all end all budget chip that everyone makes it out to be - I'd consider it sidegrading at best.

im not buying it "tomorrow", i made a deal with my friend. he is working and every month he will save some money and then buy. i hope price for some parts will drop so i can get in +, hehehe :lol:

by the way guys, im from shitty croatia, people here are potato heads and taxes are pretty big, so i need to go that much low, i know there is much better cpus and everything, but prices are not even close like on amazon or other online sites. have that in mind, thanks
