should i enable intel turbo boost

i was looking in my bios and found out turbo boost has been disabled and i was wondering is it best to leave it off or enable it?i have an older i7 3770k with a z77a-g45 board if that helps any.also its all on stock

Yeah....you can see it went to 3.9....and the temps look good.
Turbo boost is a dynamic setting, in that the system will boost things if the kit is up to it. However, it's designed to conserve power (which reduces heat too), so if you're not using anything to take advantage of the added boost, it's just going to waste anyway.

No reason why it shouldn't be safe. The throttling will still be applied if the CPU gets too hot. I suppose if you have a particularly bad cooling / airflow situation, enabling turbo boost could heat things up to trigger throttling. Never tried to test that tbh.

what about the voltage hwmonitor sars its giving the cpu 1.201v for 3.7 on all cores and 1.211 when it goes to 3.9 is that ok?
