Should i exchange my GPU for this one?

They have exactly the same specs in gpu-z, but the one im exchanging for is newer, and has PCI-E 2.0, but my MoBo is 1.0 or 1.1 so would it make any difference at all?

The one on the left is one i currently have and its sapphire 5770, on the right is VTX 6770. My MoBo is gigabyte ga-p31-es3g.

Should be fine. If your motherboard only has PCI-E 1.0 then I'd really suggest that you upgrade your mobo and processor since any motherboard made in the last 4 - 5 years has a pci-e 2.0/3.0 slot.

But would i have any improved performance whatsoever?

Well you would have increased performance from the 5770, but decreased performance from a 6770 running on a PCI-E 2.0 slot.

Yes you really should. If your motherboard only supports PCI-E 1.0 then you're living in the stone age.

I know, its old.. So, if i was to upgrade to that other one, and upgraded my MoBo to the one with 2.0, i would have the exact same performance as i do now?

No you would have better since it's an all around better card.
