Should I expect anything from this setup?

Got this PC from a friend as a gift, doesn't really perform that well. Specs:
AMD A10-7700k APU w/ Radeon R7 Graphics, 3.40 GHz
8.00 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750

Not really sure what other specs are needed so I'll post more if needed.

I add the reviews for A10-7700K and the gtx750. The cpu, 8GB RAM is fine for game, you need other better GPU for games. Also open the case to check out what psu do you have.

What hard drive are you using?
If gaming, what types of games, and what monitor resolution?

I'm using it for gaming, I have to put everything on Low to pull at least 50 fps
