If you do reformat that hard drive , there a plenty of videos on you tube which show which steam files you need to put on a USB stick which will assist you in downloading and reinstalling your entire steam library after your reformat that hard drive. As they stated, cracked games, you are on your on.

If you use some kind of cloning software, you wont need to. Usually SSD brands come with that kind of softwre included...

So i changed to Windows 7 from Windows 10 WITH MY SSD (NOT MY HDD) and i kept my games on MY HDD HDD HDD,do i have to reinstall them? or do i just keep them
That would have helped in your initial post. It seems like you were trying to migrate. But if you already had the same hardware, then no. Everything is the same, as long as you did a upgrade and not clean install. If you did a clean install, then yes, reformatting the HARD DRIVE is necessary.

1. How did you change from Win 7 to Win 10? A full clean wipe and reinstall?
2. What games? If on the Steam platform, you probably do NOT have to reinstall.
