Should I get a 4-pin PWM splitter for my 6-fan setup (trying to decrease noise and GPU temps)?

I am looking to improve my cooling setup in my Corsair 750D case. I am currently using the default corsair case fans and my setup is as follows:
2 front intake 140mm, 3 top exhaust 120mm, 1 rear exhaust 120mm, none at bottom.
Since 5 of these fans are running on %100 all the time (the rear exhaust is connected to CPU_FAN header which is PWM), it gets pretty loud in my room even when my PC is on idle.

I want to buy some good PWM fans (preferably Nocuta NF-S12s and NF-A14s) and connect them all to a PWM fan splitter which will be connected to the CPU_FAN header in my motherboard. Also, I will add one 120mm fan at the bottom of the case to better cool my GPU which has idle temps of 40°C (room temp is like 35°C).

My question is: Is it worth directing all 6 fans to one PWM header on my motherboard; will it allow me to efficiently control each individual fan so I can decrease noise AND improve my GPU temps (which is currently running at 80°C during 100% load). Or should I buy a fan controller and control all my fans that way.

Also, if you have any suggestion for good fans besides the noctua, or good fan splitters, please do notify me.

My specs:
Case: Corsair 750D
Cooling: 2 front intake 140mm, 3 top exhaust 120mm, 1 rear exhaust 120mm, none at bottom.
CPU: i7-4790K:
Cooling: Liquid cooled with closed-loop, Asetek 550LC
GPU: MSI GTX 980 Reference (blower-style)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI
RAM: G-SKill RipJaws 8GB
Storage: Samsung EVO 250GB SSD; WD 1TB Black Drive
PSU: Corsair 650M 80-Plus 650W
Monitors: 2x Samsung 24" 1080p (I only game on one)

why are you saying they arent PWM? your mobo has 4 PWM headers. any 4 pin header is PWM.

I'm not running out of fan header room, I have enough fan headers/splitters on my motherboard for all my fans. What I'm running out of is room for PWM fan headers. And the reason why I want to plug all my fans into a PWM header is because evidently PWM fan headers is the only way to control fan speed and thus fan noise. Plugging in 2 fans per header would just make them all run at 100% right? Unless I am misinformed (which is highly likely).

Yes, but how will i control the speed of the fans through these other headers if they aren't PWM? Is there another way of controlling fan speed besides the motherboard?

Oh okay, I thought that only the CPU_FAN header had PWM. So if I connect PWM fans to each of the headers I will be able to control my fan speeds through software like SpeedFan? Or through the motherboard itself only?

yes speedfan will let you. configuring speedfan, though, is not very straight forward.
