Should I get a 4k Korean monitor or a 1440p monitor?

I have a single Gtx 980 an I have come to realize I'm a graphics whore! And my 1080p monitor isn't fulfilling my need! I was looking at the AMH A399U 4k monitor, QNIX QX2710, and the ASUS PB258Q. The last two are 1440p and the first one is 4k. I am still deciding if I should get a 4k monitor or 1440p but maybe you guys could give me some incite! But the main reason for this thread is if I should get a Korean panel or not. I'm ok with 1 or 2 dead pixels, I just want a good affordable 4k or 1440p monitor. My max amount to spend is $400. I'm a 8th grader so all my money comes from fixing old ladies computers and holidays. Thanks and can't wait for a reply!

If you Play modern Games then get a 1440p monitor. GTX 980 can't handle 4K gaming.
But if you play only DOTA,WOW,CSGO only then you can get a 4K monitor, GTX can give you a decent fps for that games.

I would take 1440p monitors over 4k one anyday. Even fastest gpu on the planet are not fast enough for 4k.
