Should I get a 750ti?

I have a gtx 570 as my graphics card. Will it be worthwhile to replace it with a 750ti?
Specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H
CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K
GPU: Nvidia GTX 570
GPU: Intel HD 530
HDD: WD WD10EZEX-00WN4A0 1TB
RAM: HyperX Fury DDR4 2133 C14 2x4GB

the 750ti is a very old card now if you can look at buying the GTX 950 or the GTX 960 if possible these will run better

Nope. Not really an upgrade. Much lower power consumption but similar performance.

Anandtech's BENCH doesn't have your 570, but it has a GTX 480 which is very similar. Here's the GTX 480 vs a 750ti: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1135?vs=1130

Are the RX480 and 1060 out of your price range? Because they would be much better cards. If so, just wait a month or two. Soon we'll have the RX470 and 460 along with the 3GB 1060, or 1050, whatever Nvidia are going to call it. We'll have cheaper options on current gen tech which will run rings around your current 570 and a 750ti.

From what i can find out the gtx 570 is slightly faster than the 750Ti , but the 750 has significantly lower power requirement. For this configuration a amd 480/390 or Gtx 1060/960 would be more suited.

putting that graphics card is like building a nice mansion with beautiful wall paint only to have a roof with tin foil thickness. that is one beast of a system (would easily run for another 3-4 years) don't spoil it with that card. go for RX 480/1060 even if u have to wait another 3-4 months!

Then wait a month or two for the RX470, it's a major upgrade from the 570 and it will be cheaper the the gtx 960 or rx 480.

What's your budget then and what games are you trying to play that you aren't happy with the performance of your old GTX 570?

If you don't have much money and the 570 is serving you well... don't upgrade! If you're not happy with the 570, give us a budget and some specific games to base the recommendations on and you can get some better suggestions.

Also, are you in US? Is second hand an option you'd consider?

That should give you a good idea of what you should be able to afford. Note that on this list, for the median price of a 750 Ti, you can get one of the 75W GTX 950s or an R7 370, either of which will provide much better performance.

If your budget is that limited right now, though, I would highly recommend saving up for a bit so that you can get something much, much better, like an RX 480 or GTX 1060. Both of those will pair much better with your CPU & last you much longer.

I'm just not convinced that a 370 is really that substantial an upgrade from OP's current 570. It's faster, for sure, but maybe 10-40% ish depending on the game and settings. On a tight budget that's not a huge performance boost.

For comparison, here's a 370 vs a 580 (they don't have a 570 - but it's 10-15% slower): http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1590?vs=1444

So upgrade, yes... but substantial upgrade for someone on a tight budget... I'd say no.

Save up, see where things land with the 1050/1060 3GB/470/460... you're likely to get better options.

it would be obsolete in maximum one year. Just think about a scenario that games are running poorly on your PC just because of one gfx card.
Otherwise they could have run it butter smooth.
