Should I get a 750W power supply

I'm building a custom pc and it will be used for gaming and video editing, do you think 650W/700W power supply will be enough or I should go for a 750W power supply?

the Radeon are well known for taking up a huge amount of power so I would say get yourself a good 750W maybe something like the EVGA 750W G2 ?
