CPU: Intel i7 2600

HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB
Graphics: 2x Powercolour ATI Radeon 6970 2GB CrossfireX

DVD: LG SATA DVD Burner

The PC will be primarily used for gaming, video editing, video conversion and work

If I were you and had the componants that you wanted to build on, the P8P67 Pro is a better option, you will get similar if not better performance for $40+ less.
The P8P67 M Pro is essentially a reduced P8P67 Pro in Micro ATX form so while you will have reduced bells and whistles, you will by and large get the same performance. The P8Z68 V/V-Pro is a standard ATX board with all the features of a Z68 chipset. If you want the transcoding and SSD caching support of the Z68 then it is a better board to get and obviously more expensive.

Not many are M-ATX fans, particularly if the need is for performance, for the extra $30 you may rather want to get the P8P67 Pro.

so if i were to ask you to choose between e P8P687 Pro and the P8Z68-V Pro which one would you get?

In regards to selecting motherboards, like power supplies, You should always buy for the purpose that you immediately want to achieve rather than 4-5 years down the line. A Z68 has good features but why pay for features that you will not exploit, the P8P67 pro is pretty much the novus classicus of higher end boards today.

thanks for your great help
