Should I get a cooler for the i5 6500 or should I just use the stock cooler?
I don't plan to overclock the i5 6500.
The sound doesn't really matter for me, I am used to it XD
I will be playing games like WoW (raiding), Minecraft (mods), Guild wars 2(raiding), Witcher 3, Fallout 4.
I plan to keep the processor for atleast 3 years.

Thx for the help!

No it's not :)

There's lots of youtube vids, where they're doing it step for step, and guiding you to do it... Really easy. If you buying a new cooler, be sure to know if there's following cooler glue with it :)

Make sure there's thermal paste or you have some. As mentioned it's easy to install but pretty pointless unless the stock cooler is too loud and annoys you. Stock will always do a good enough job of cooling to prevent your chip from ever being damaged. (Assuming you don't O/C of course)

Installation difficulty depends on your case. Some aftermarket coolers have press-down tabs like the stock cooler and some are screwed in. The screwed ones also use a backplate which you'll have to attach behind the motherboard, so this is where your case comes in. Some cases allow access to the back of the motherboard (at least the part behind the CPU) while others don't. If yours doesn't then installing an aftermarket cooler will require you to take your motherboard out of the case.

Honestly I would go for a evo 212 or something similar and install it when you build the pc as most require a backplate to be installed on the underside of the board. But if you stop with stick intel cooler then set the voltage to about 1.1-1.2 volts and it will shave off alot of heat.
