Any air cooler with a large heat sink will do for that chip, and any all-in-one with 120mm will also be more than enough. Just go with the best balance of features and price.
I know this sounds crazy to some people who make a big fuss about 1-2 C, but all you need to do is stay under the thermal limits of your processor. The 4770k is a pretty small ship that produces less energy than high-end air coolers and 120mm+ all-in-ones can dissipate. Get something within those parameters, and you'll be good to go.
Just to give an example, my current 3930k runs Prime 95 at 4.5 Ghz all night long, and it stays in the high 60s, sometimes piquing into the low 70s. What cooler? It's a
90mm all-in-one. Why? Because I have a small case with a mATX board. You'll be fine.
