Should I get a Corsair H80i for my build?

It seems like a nice buy, but I'm building a new pc (it's my first time building one) and I guess you could say I'm going all out for it. Here is my build: http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=30044687
Since it's my first time building one, I don't really understand liquid CPU coolers, so I am a bit worried that I might fry the motherboard by spilling it or if it will leak, something like that. I don't want to spend all this money and then just ruin it. So does anyone have some tips for me if I do end up getting the liquid cooler? Also are there any air fans that would work just as well, and be just as quiet? Thanks for helping!
Edit: Forgot this question, sorry! : As I stated before, I am kind of clueless with liquid coolers, so do I need to buy some kind of compound for it, or is it just water? Also does it have to be distilled or anything like that? Stupid questions from a stupid person 😛

What it is, is a "closed loop" liquid cooler. That just means that there's no maintenance or real set-up required. It's basically a waterblock with a pump on top that goes to a radiator. It's been tested prior to being packaged so it won't leak. What it will do is keep your CPU significantly cooler than any other air cooler, especially when it's under load. It comes with thermal paste already applied to it, so all you need to do is wipe off any old stuff from your CPU if you had another cooler attached to it, and bolt the radiator and fan onto your case and that's really it.

You'll never have to do anything else with it, I've had one of those in an older machine for about 4 years now and it still cools very well, the only thing I've had to do is replace the fan which is about $15 and you'd expect to do that with any cooler.
