Should I get a graphics card or PS4/Xbox

I have a PC that has an i3 4th gen processor 3.4ghz(Intel 4130) with 8 gb ddr3 ram and a gigabyte H81M-S motherboard and a gt610.
I want to upgrade the graphics card to an rx470/gtx1050ti,and also I'll upgrade the PSU. Should I upgrade the PC or get an Xbox/PS4 ?

A pc can turn up the graphics details and do soo much more than a console ever can. Go for the GTX 1070 for $379 instead of the ps4 pro.
