Should I get a GTX 1060 or a 1070?

I currently have a i7 3770 and a GT 630. Planning to buy a new graphics card on June/July. I’m currently rocking a 900p monitor. But maybe in the future I might want to buy a 144hz monitor. I know that GTX 1060 can overclock like a champ. I want to play big variety of games like PUBG, Rainbow six and GTA V. I to use this graphics card for like 3 years plus.

For those kinds of games you'll want a 1070 if 144hz gaming is in your future. In PUBG especially, you aren't getting a high enough framerate from a 1060 to make the high refresh rate monitor worthwhile. This is assuming it's going to be a 1080p monitor. Also, don't count on overclocking making that big a difference.
