Should i get a gtx 1060 or a Gtx 1070 SuperJestream thats 40£ more?

Basicly, Im gonna be playing 1440p 4k, and livestreaming at the same time, what should i get?
I've never used palit and its the cheapest gtx 1070, Rn palit is 360£ And the other ones are over 400, and the gtx 1060 is 320£, i just dont trust palit due to how low the price is, should i use palit?

I've never had reliability problems with Palit Cards.
Whilst there may be faster, more polished manufacturers when going for the same model, I would say you have to go for the 1070.

Not sure about the quality issue with the company but for 4k you have to get at least a 1070. 1060 just isn't enough for 60fps. 1060 is a great card for 1080p and 1440p 60fps+. It depends on the games I guess.
