Should I get a new case?

For many years I have been using what I say is a Great Case. I have been using an NZXT H2 since basically it was released around 2012 (I don't Quite remember) or 2013. The front IO I know is outdated with some old USB Ports. 1 3.0 Port and 3 2.0 Ports. I know this case itself is outdated and I should most likely get a new case. But I don't know what to get.

My Max Price is around $150
I prefer a Silent Case but any case will do.

First question, do you really need a case? Is there something which your old case doesn't give you, apart from a minor utility? Is that minor utility worth $150? Or are you just itching to change something. It was a great case, still is a great case, I don't see a reason to change it frankly speaking.
