I'm looking to seriously upgrade my PC, with a new GPU, CPU and more RAM. Current Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5 6500 Quad Core LGA 1151 3.2GHz
Hard Drive: Samsung 860 EVO & 2 TB 7200RPM
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1866MHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
Motherboard: Asus H170 - PLUS D3 LGA1151 ATX

Planned Upgrade:

GPU: RTX 2060 8GB / RX 5700 8GB
CPU: i5 9600KF 3.7GHz
Memory: ?

I was going to buy 16gb of DDR4 memory until I learned my motherboard only has 4 DDR3 slots. Is it worth getting a new motherboard just to get DDR4 memory? Will there be any noticeable difference, say between 1866 MHz DDR3 and 3200MHz DDR4?

Wouldn't jump to make this type of upgrade there. Maybe would go to a 6gb video card or sth. But done the pub talking, it all relies on the objective of what fits what for you, for what you use your PC? That's a starting point and most important clue so we can drive you for a better performance in your day to day use and spending less.
