I am selling a LOT of stuff and I am expecting around $1,600 in the next few months. My current rig has a GTX 760 an i5 4670K and a 650 Watt power supply.

I would like to know:
Should I get a Titan Black?
If I were to get one would I need to upgrade my Power Supply?
If I were to get one would it be recommended to upgrade to an i7?
If I were to upgrade my power supply or processor which should I get?

Thanks. :)

Note: I am also getting a 144hz monitor, competitive gaming. It is 1080p so would I be able to max out almost any game without any problems?

EVGA: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487003

Personally, I prefer EVGA...

Don't get a Titan Black, get a GTX 780 ti 3GB, it runs games like a Titan Black, but costs much, much less!

The only difference is that a 780ti will not do great on professional programs. But since you're going to play games, it makes no difference.

Yes, your PSU is capable of powering the GPU.

You don't need to upgrade the processor, it already maxes out everygame out there by itself. It won't bottleneck the graphics card.

If you're only gaming on a 1080p monitor at 144Hz, then I would go with an SLI 780 setup or a single 780Ti, maybe SLI 780Tis if you could fit those in your budget. You absolutely do not need the 6GB of VRAM for 1080p, it would be a waste of money for the same performance of a 780Ti.

If you went with an SLI, you would need to get a new PSU.

I would not recommend upgrading your CPU.

If you were to upgrade your PSU, I would go with the Corsair AX860i.

What brand? I will look into the 780Ti but I would prefer Asus but can't find any. Best one or best performance and best price?

I suggest you go with a Asus 780 ti and get a second one if you require more power...
Your I5 should be adequate however if in the future there is a need for a processor with more threads you can always sell you 4670k and get a 4770k.

BTW the Titan black is only necessary if you have a 1440p and want to use extreme Anti aliasing with it because of the 6 gb of VRAM or for the dual precision compute geared toward the pro consumer.

Regarding your PSU, If you already have a good 650 watt power supply it should be more than adequate for a single 780 ti.

What game do you play competitively?
