Should I get AC Syndicate or AC Unity and Rogue bundles together?

I can get Syndicate or Rogue and Unity at the same price and I was wondering which one other people think is better. The bundle obviously has more content but I've been hearing a lot of bad stuff about Rogue and Unity.

Solution
I just completed Rogue 30 minutes ago! Rogue was a great game. It uses the same exact engine as Black Flag, but exceeds Black Flag in terms of story. I also own Unity, and all I can say so far is that it is such an unoptimized game (AMD card), very laggy on even high-end hardware. I'm not too far into the game yet, but Rogue is certainly well-optimized and performs very well (though I did have one issue where I had to lower environment setting to make the game stop crashing).

I'm installing Syndicate as we speak. Oh, and also, Rogue can be easy, Unity is harder and Syndicate I hear is even harder.

Also, unity basically stress tests your GPU and will make it hot. I did notice that turning Vsync off near triples performance in Unity.
Rogue is basically Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag repeated except with a North Atlantic setting and you play a Templar instead of an Assassin. If you really liked AC4, you'll probably like Rogue. Unity has had its major bugs and serious performance problems patched for the most part, and it does run decently now, provided you have a fairly new machine, I'm not sure how well it does at present on older or lower end hardware. Unity had some annoying gameplay elements and wasted the French Revolutionary setting, merely using it as a backdrop to tell Arno's story, which was disappointing.

Syndicate is an improvement from Unity, it removes the gameplay annoyances that Unity added like Eagle Vision on a timer, and your character can hold his/her own in a fight unlike Arno. Technically it didn't have much in the way of bugs or major performance problems at launch (provided you keep the Nvidia Gameworks features off), but you do have to use an ini tweak to get the cloth physics to run at 60FPS, if you don't they're locked at 30FPS regardless of your framerate creating a weird effect, especially if you're playing as Evie. There is no sailing in Syndicate or Unity, so if you were really into the Naval combat, then Rogue is probably the one you'd like the most.

The best out of the 3 is Syndicate by far. Rogue is 2nd and good if you loved the Black Flag ship fighting and such.
Unity.... a big city but not much to do in it and plagued with performance issues.

Syndicate is better than Unity. Unity was such a mess from the beginning. Especially you can use 2 characters in syndicate. And story is interesting. And Rogue is good too because like turkey3_scratch says it's uses same engine like black flag and i like that game too
