FX is dead. Terrible investment to get anything from that line-up.

If you want a decent CPU + Mobo + RAM for that budget get this:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor (£59.98 @ PC World Business)
Motherboard: MSI - B250M GAMING PRO Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (£70.91 @ Box Limited)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory (£73.39 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £204.28
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

i prefer not, as FX series using more power than usual CPU (at a risk that you could burn the entire system with a crappy PSU)
but if your need is urgent, well you might go for it
but i suggest to save up and get a better one (preferably intel that still uses DDR3)

You don't really want to keep your older RAM, industry is focused on DDR4. The more you delay that, the more you'll have to keep upgrading to old tech. The GPU is still fairly decent, no need to swap it right now, still able to push medium settings @1080p.

With the parts i suggested you will at least get a budget rig(which will be fairly best than your current setup of I may say so) that isn't ancient.
