The title says it all. This is my (unfinished, I'll get the final parts next week) setup:
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700@3.40GHz
MoBo: Gigabyte H170 D3H GSM
RAM: HyperX Fury Black 16GB(2x8)
SSD: Kingston V300 240GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 SC ACX 3.0
Case: Corsair SPEC-02 (it includes 2 120mm fans, one at the back and one at the front)
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA GS 650W
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE

If I do need a better cooling unit tell me which one should I get please. I don't have a price range, just don't exaggerate, the best price-quality one.

Thanks a lot! These forums really helped me 😀

Really? 🙁 By "higher thermals" you mean HIGHER or just a bit higher. I obviously have the stock CPU cooler.

I can't give you a budget because most parts I got them from Amazon but the stock in my country is way to low, so I have to buy from Amazon USA and pay import taxes
Anyways, without the import taxes I'd say my WHOLE budget was at ~$1,300
If you're just asking for my budget regarding the cooler I'd say ~$75. Is it too low?

$75 is actually heaps for a cooler, would you be open to using Newegg as well?
They're generally quite good with international shipments provided you're not paying an added GST cost on some items as that kills you. (I use them to buy some stuff, i'm in Australia)
Roughly how much are import taxes to your country?
