With either of the cards that you are looking at you will be running at very high FPS since you game at 768p. Both of them are great for 1080p as well so you could up the resolution if you want.
You question implies that the difference between 8gb and 6gb is a deciding factor.
AMD and nvidia drivers use vram differently so that should , by itself not be a deciding factor.
Each card will perform about the same.
