Should I get it?

I have this motherboard:-

I asked about graphic card for it but many people are saying that GT1030 will work with it.

So my uestions are:-

1.Does size of graphic card will affect in my pc's cabinet?

2.Which version of this graphic card should I get that is in the range of 5,000-6,000 (Indian Rupees)

3.Will It worth it?

4.I have 4gb RAM DDR3 and processor is kinda low but can handle new games I usually throw at it until now like NFS Rivals.(It is Intel Pentium Dual Core E5700 3.00ghz)

5.If you think this graphic card (GT1030) will bottleneck my processor (by a HUGE HUGE DIFFERENCE) then I will get a GT730 2gb ddr5 but for now please tell me what should I do?

Both gt1030 and tg730 are good, if you find any in your price range. You can also look for a used gtx750ti for the same price!

The thing is that in comparison between GT1030 2gb ddr5 and GT730 2gb ddr5 is that 1030 has 210% more speed according to some site so I was wondering that I should get GT1030 but as I stated above can you pease tell me that if it size matters or not if GT1030 is 3.0 PCI-E but my is 2.0 PCI-E and I know that they are backwards compatible.
Please answer my above uestions too.

I have Windows 10 Pro activated 64 bit
Short Information:-
RAM:-4GB DDR3 399.3Mhz
Processor:-Intel Pentium Dual Core E5700 3.0ghz , 2.99ghz
CURRENT Graphic Card:-Geforce 210 512mb (lol I know it is very crap)
Motherboard:-Zebronics Lord G4x 775 ICH7 8712 PCI-E 2.0 slot 16x lanes

Now My uestion here is I want to play games like GTA 5,Just Cause 3 etc etc. at LOWEST SETITNGS.I am not a fn of playing at high graphics.REMEMBER LOWEST IS FINE FOR ME UNTIL THE GAME IS PLAYING SMOOTH FPS ABOVE 30fps.REMEMBER THIS LINE.

Which Grahpic Card should I buy to do this??
Graphic Card which I chose is:-
Zotac Edition GT730 2GB DDR5
But my friends and some other people on net is saying me to buy this:-
Nvidia GT1030 2GB DDR5

They are both have a nice ammount of difference in performance.
Should I buy GT730 with another processor that you guys can suggest me or should I go for GT1030?

Also tell me which graphic card will not bottleneck my whole other things like processor and RAM.

If you peak into this review, you will see, that the gt 1030 can do the job. But it will only work, if your motherboard has UEFI BIOS.
Processor will not bottleneck.

I was trying to advise you, not to buy a gt 1030 in case you have no uefi bios on your motherboard. You write, that you have none, therefore I suggest that you buy the other card, the GT730. If you find a used 750ti for the same price, that would be even better.

According to this my pc only shows BIOS not UEFI before or after.
