Should I get MGS5 graphics card promo?

So im DEFS buying MGS5. But Wondering if I need/should buy a graphics card with it or say just buy a used one,

Currently my specs (no judge plz)
q6600
gt650TI
6gb ram
650W PS
1SSD 3 HDD
WIN 10 64bit

Now I also have an old motherboard that I cant upgrade so I need a new one of those aswell. (its DDR2 ). Is it worth buying this upgrade now or is it just such a bottleneck its not even worth and just buy something when i upgrade.

The lowest GPU with MGS5 is the GTX960.
Your system is compatible with GTX960, there is no issue with compatibiliy.
The thing is rather about the bottleneck topic.
Q6600 is the culprit to this bottleneck, GTX960 will be bottleneck by Q6600 on most of new AAA games.

The thing is, if you already plan to upgrade very soon, I think you can buy the GPU now to get the game and see if the game is playable with your current rig, you can even try to buy GTX970 or higher.

If you do not plan to upgrade very soon, I would say just buy the game without the GPU and pray that it will be playable on your rig. Just do not hope too high.
Your rig is already in deep need of upgrading if you are aiming for those new AAA games.
Be careful, Win10 does not like it if you change the hardware. You will loose your Win10 license after upgrading the hardwares. You might need to buy a new Windows license.
