Should I get more fans?

I have recently purchased a PC build using a Corsair 300R case, which I like so far. The motherboard is a Gigabyte H97-D3H, and it has three system fan headers plus a CPU fan header. The case came with a rear exhaust fan and a front intake fan, which I moved to be a top exhaust. I also purchased two more Corsair 140mm LED fans, which I set up to be front intake fans.

Since the front two fans are LED, I obviously need both of them running to make it worthwhile (buying the LEDs, that is), and I definitely want the back exhaust fan running. However, that leaves a top exhaust fan that I have no motherboard header for. According to most guides I see, I should aim for a case with more exhaust fans than intakes, which is not yet true. If I was able to power the top exhaust fan, I would break even.

My question is two-fold: first, how should I power the top exhaust fan on my case? Second, should I buy another fan to put as a left-side exhaust fan? Also, how would I power this fan then?

Let me know if I should include any more details.

At this point, I have a positive pressure case, and would like to move to a negative pressure case, as people seem to recommend this more. That's why I think I need to add at least power the top fan, or add another one.
