Should I get Oveclocked 9800gtx or Standard gtx

Newegg has EVga 9800gtx+ one is standard one is Oc the mhz 650 to 756 mhz is it worth paying extra bucks. Also Xfx has one in the same range both have lifetime warrantys any thoughts which brand or Overclocked be the way to go

What are the prices of the 2 cards that you are looking at?
Usually, I would take the standard one, but that is just personal preference.
