Should I get SP1?

I am a PC gamer and currently using Windows 7 Home Premium (SP3 I think).
I'm just wondering if most gamers out there prefer SP1 over SP3 or viceversa, because I have no idea about the features in each (or even what they are!).

there is no SP3 for Windows7 only SP1.

Windows XP has SP3 available

Try to update windows 7 sp1 ultimate because Windows 7 Home Premium is not has sp1 update, every type of games runs in win 7 ultimate sp1.
