Question Should I get the 2080, 2080 super (once it releases), or the 2080 ti?

I’m trying to upgrade my PC before doom eternal releases, a game that I’m anticipating more than I’ve anticipated any other game, so I’m trying to get the best upgrades I can without spending unecessary money. That being said, doom eternal is most likely gonna be a demanding game, and it supports ray tracing which would make it even more demanding with ray tracing on. I’m most likely gonna pair my gpu with a 1440p ultrawide 100-120hz g-sync compatible monitor, or possibly a 27 inch 144-165hz g-sync compatible monitor. But assuming I go with the ultrawide monitor, which gpu would be best considering my situation? Based on the specs, the 2080 super only seems to be a very slight improvement from the 2080, so I’m not sure if it’s worth the same money. But at the same time, I’m not sure if either of those cards will be enough to run doom eternal at it’s full potential, which is why I might be willing to go with the 2080 ti if necessary.
