Should I get the Maximus HERO even when there are several causes of burning up? Because it's literally the only best overall motherboard out there. So let me say it again. Should I get the Maximus HERO?
Thank you for telling me but if the capacitor is backwards can I just unscrew it and screw it back the right way up?Yes, just make sure when you open it that the capacitor in the upper right corner is installed in the correct manner. There seems to have been a batch of boards in the factory that had the capacitor installed backwards and that's why they were smoking. A machine was loaded wrong and QC missed it.
